At creativeeostudio, we are committed to your satisfaction with our personal styling services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and service satisfaction guarantees.

Service-Based Policy

As a personal styling service provider, we offer professional consultations, wardrobe analysis, and shopping assistance rather than physical products. Our return and refund policies are therefore based on service delivery and client satisfaction rather than traditional product returns.

Booking and Deposits

When you book a styling service with creativeeostudio, you agree to the following terms:

Initial Consultation

Complimentary initial consultations can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the appointment slot.

Paid Services

Most styling packages require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Deposits typically range from 25% to 50% of the total service cost, depending on the package selected.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the time we reserve for your service.

Cancellations More Than 7 Days in Advance

If you cancel your appointment more than 7 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus a 10% administrative fee to cover booking and processing costs.

Cancellations 3 to 7 Days in Advance

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers the time reserved and preparation work completed for your session.

Cancellations Within 72 Hours

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your appointment one time without penalty, subject to availability within 60 days of the original date.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for scheduled appointments without prior notification forfeit all payments and deposits. No refunds or rescheduling options are available for no-show appointments.

Rescheduling Policy

We accommodate rescheduling requests when possible:

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance can be accommodated at no additional charge
  • Requests made 3 to 7 days in advance may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 20% of the service cost
  • Last-minute rescheduling within 72 hours is subject to availability and may require a new booking
  • Each booking is eligible for one free reschedule; subsequent changes may incur additional fees

During the Session

If at any point during your styling session you feel the service is not meeting your expectations, please communicate your concerns immediately. We will make every effort to adjust our approach and ensure you receive the value you expect.

After Service Completion

Once a styling session is completed, services rendered are generally non-refundable as the time and expertise have been provided. However, if you believe the service was substantially deficient or not as described, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns.

Resolution Process

If you are dissatisfied with your service, we will:

  • Schedule a call to understand your specific concerns
  • Review the services provided against what was promised
  • Offer a complimentary follow-up session to address any issues
  • Consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for legitimate service failures

Multi-Session Packages

For packages that include multiple sessions or ongoing support:

  • Refunds are prorated based on services already completed
  • Cancellation of multi-session packages requires written notice
  • Unused sessions may be eligible for partial refund or credit toward future services
  • Package pricing reflects a discount for committing to multiple sessions; refunds use individual session pricing

Personal Shopping Services

Our personal shopping services involve time spent researching, coordinating, and accompanying you during shopping trips:

  • Clothing and items purchased during shopping sessions are subject to the return policies of the respective retailers
  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items you purchase from third-party stores
  • Our service fee covers the styling consultation and shopping assistance, not the merchandise itself
  • We encourage you to review return policies of stores where you shop before making purchases

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, natural disasters, or health emergencies:

  • Either party may reschedule without penalty
  • Full refunds will be provided if rescheduling is not possible
  • We will work with you to find the best solution given the circumstances

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • It may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Gift Certificates and Promotional Credits

Special terms apply to services purchased through gift certificates or promotional offers:

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
  • Promotional credits and discounts are non-refundable if service is cancelled
  • Gift certificates typically expire 12 months from purchase date unless otherwise stated
  • Extensions may be granted at our discretion for extenuating circumstances

Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services or this Return Policy:

  • Contact us directly within 14 days of the service in question
  • Provide specific details about your concerns
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • We are committed to finding fair resolutions to any legitimate disputes

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your booking of services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that specific transaction.
